Domestic, New Zealand:

Order Processing 1 - 3 Working Days
Delivery  3 - 5 Working Days

 

Within New Zealand we would love for you to have your Otis homewares piece as soon as possible. Please allow 1-3 days for us to send out your item and 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. You will receive an email outlining expected delivery times, once your item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.

Please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs delays, public holidays may occasionally impact delivery times.

We take care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If, by any chance, you receive a product that appears to be damaged, please notify us within 5 working days, and we assist in resolving the issue. 

 

International 

We are not actively shipping internationally however, if you are outside of New Zealand and would like to purchase one of our pieces, please send us an email at hello@otis-homewares.com and we will look into how we can help. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.
