We hope you love your purchase, however, due to the fragility and to minimise handling of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preferences.
We only offer refunds or exchanges in the case of a faulty or damaged product, please note that exchanging items is dependent on available stock.
All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 10 working days from the date of purchase.
If you fit this criteria, please email hello@otis-homewares.com stating your order number the items you would like to return or exchange, and we will assist you with your goods.
